Skin by Velda is the esthetics practice of Velda Salazar, operating as Besti Esthi, located inside La Vida Aesthetics & Wellness at 8202 Louisiana Blvd NE, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87113. This policy explains what information we collect through veldaskin.com and our text-message program, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Chat widget: if you use the chat on our website, we collect the name, mobile phone number, and message you provide so we can reply.
- Text-message program: if you opt in to marketing texts, we keep your phone number, your consent record (date, time, and source), and your message history with us.
- Bookings: appointments are scheduled through La Vida Aesthetics & Wellness and its booking system (Aesthetic Record). Information you enter there is governed by La Vida's own policies.
- Website analytics: standard, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, device type, referring link) used to improve the site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and help you book a treatment.
- To send the marketing and promotional texts you opted in to (see Text messaging below).
- To improve our website and services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our website chat and messaging (LeadConnector) and, for appointments, with La Vida Aesthetics & Wellness and its booking platform — each only to the extent needed to provide the service to you — or when required by law.
